All DVD Ripper is a good option to convert DVD videos to different video formats. The program is easy to operate. First, you have to load the DVD from the DVD drive unit or you can browse your computer for a DVD folder. Next, you have to select the output format. Video formats supported are: AVI, WMV, MPEG, VCD, MP4, PSP, FLV, and 3GP.

You can convert only a portion of the video by setting a starting and ending time. Also you can preview the video before converting it, which is useful in case you want to make some adjustments.

One interesting feature is that you can customize the output video parameters, e.g., for AVI you can set the video bit rate, frame rate, size, audio bit rate, channels, and sample rate. For WMV you can use the WMV 8 and WMV 9 formats; for MPEG you can use VCD, SVCD PAL, and NTSC besides the MPEG1 or 2 formats. For MP4 you can set the video code to MP4 or H264; for 3GP you can use H.263 or MPEG4 format. The better the video quality, the larger the file size. In addition, you can also select the ouput directory.
